Jason Catlin, CPA joined Ogle International Tax Advisors in 2009.  Jason has over 14 years of International tax experience. During his tenure at KPMG, Jason advised U.S. and foreign multinationals on expansion, financing, reorganizations, operations, repatriations, and dispositions.

His U.S. international tax practice includes working with and advising clients, regarding alternative forms of doing business, permanent establishment and other treaty issues; financing alternatives and thin capitalization rules; tax-efficient supply chain alternatives; outbound and inbound asset and stock transfers; intellectual property planning; foreign investment in U.S. real property; anti-deferral rules; repatriation alternatives and foreign tax credit planning; earnings and profits adjustments; foreign exchange gains/losses; withholding and reporting; interest expense allocations; branch profits tax and branch level interest tax; etc
