Arif Shurdho joined Ogle International Tax Advisors in 2000. He has over 15 years of experience providing legal, accounting, and management consulting services to domestic and foreign closely-held companies.

His principle practice areas with Ogle International Tax Advisors involve individual and corporate international tax compliance issues related to U.S. Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFCs), “check the box” foreign entities, their U.S. shareholders, and related general accounting issues.

Responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s major Operational and Branding projects, initiatives, and strategic planning.

His prior work included managing global company IP portfolios for clients such as Viacom, ASME, and Amoena. He has provided IP litigation support before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, and the U.S. International Trade Commission. His clients have included professional service firms, entertainment and media firms, manufacturers, retailers, real estate developers and thoroughbred owners and breeders.
