SUMMARY: Initiates, coordinates, and executes administrative and other project support to project manager/team. The Accounting Manager will fulfill all regular office and accounting functions - Past accounting experience is a must. The successful candidate will mainly be responsible for reviewing the general ledger, reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, working with the balance sheet and preparing financial statements.
Accounting skill set should include thorough knowledge and experience with intercompany reconciliations and percentage of completion method accounting. IC DISC caluculations a plus.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate's degree (A.A.) or B.A. in Accounting preferred.

Five years experience in Accounting or Office Manager.

Spanish language fluency is a must. Spanish as a Primary language preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, QuickBooks and Peachtree. QuickBooks Pro Advisor beneficial.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.

Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.

Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
